Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Machine Operator to join our client in Crystal Lake, IL. This individual will be responsible for operating production machinery, inspecting and packing products, and maintaining a clean and safe work environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $17.50/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: 6:00 pm to 6:30 am, Wednesday/Thursday/Friday and every other Tuesday
Location: Crystal Lake, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Operate production machinery in a safe and efficient manner
Inspect and pack products according to company standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring that scrap materials are properly disposed of
Complete required paperwork accurately and in a timely manner
Multitask effectively to keep the machine running while performing inspections and packing
Measure and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16 of an inch
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED preferred
18 years of age or older
Previous machine operator experience in a production environment preferred
Ability to perform repetitive motions and lift/carry up to 50 lbs. without tools or assistance
Ability to manipulate (push, pull, buddy-lift/carry) up to 65 lbs.
Ability to effectively read, write, and verbally communicate in English
Ability to stand/sit/walk for the duration of the shift without accommodations
Basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply to figure footage and linear footage
Ability to multitask and maintain machine operation while also inspecting and packing products
