Pay, Schedule, and Location
Ranging from $16 - $17/hour, paid weekly
Located in Lakeland, FL
Duties and Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance, including changing bolts, screws, and belts
Inspect machines regularly for mechanical issues, conducting preventive maintenance when necessary while also using a tape measure accurately for machine setup and quality checks
Conduct quality checks throughout the production process, including monitoring encapsulation quality, weight, and appearance
Maintain accurate production records, including batch numbers, machine settings, and any deviations from production standards
Clean and maintain equipment according to established procedures to ensure proper functioning and prevent contamination
Troubleshoot and resolve minor mechanical issues with the machine, reporting any major problems to the maintenance team
Follow health and safety regulations to maintain a safe and clean working environment
Requirements and Qualifications
Relevant technical or mechanical certifications are a plus
Strong understanding of machine operation, maintenance, and safety protocols
Ability to perform basic troubleshooting and problem-solving for machine-related issues
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality production standards
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Good communication skills and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
