This individual will be responsible for leading and coordinating operational functions across Accounting, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, and Services. Pay, Schedule, and Location
  • Ranging at $75,000 - $95,000/year
  • 8am - 5pm, Monday - Friday
  • Located in Hialeah, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Supervise and support a team of 5 staff members across multiple functions: Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse, and Services
  • Foster a positive, productive work environment and provide mentorship and training
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and encourage professional development
  • Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure accurate bookkeeping and financial reporting
  • Assist in budget preparation and expense monitoring
  • Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies 
  • Knowledge and expertise in SOX Audits
  • Ensure smooth and safe warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and distribution
  • Maintain organization, cleanliness, and safety in the warehouse environment
  • Coordinate with logistics providers and ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures
  • Manage vendor contracts, office supplies, and administrative tasks
  • Prepare and present operational reports and dashboards to senior management
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • 7–10 years of progressive experience in accounting,  office or operations management
  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex workflows
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., MS Office, QuickBooks, inventory management systems)
  • Experience in a fast-paced, multi-departmental environment is preferred
  • Certification in Office Management, PMP, or Lean/Six Sigma is a plus
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and warehouse management software
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-first attitude
