Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Put Way / Reach Truck Operator to join our client in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for replenishing active picking locations, including hand stacking and removing stretch wrap, as well as conducting daily aisle and equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $18/hour, paid weekly

1st shift and 2nd shift schedules available
Located in Lacey, WA
Duties and Responsibilities
Replenish active picking locations, including hand stacking and removing stretch wrap
Conduct daily aisle and equipment inspections to ensure safety and operational efficiency
Maintain proper flue space within the bays
Collect damaged products and empty pallets, then transport them to designated areas
Report any faulty equipment, rack damage, or safety hazards to the lead, supervisor, or manager
Troubleshoot issues and assist in problem-solving to maintain workflow
Promote a safe work environment through proactive actions and the identification of safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities
Demonstrate high levels of responsibility and accountability in daily operations
Follow safety guidelines and procedures for equipment operation
Possess a thorough understanding of the operator’s manual and use it when necessary
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area at all times
Flexibility to work any shift as needed to support business demands
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience operating Reach Forklifts is a must—prior experience with similar equipment is strongly preferred
Relevant certifications and experience
Certification in operating Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, and Reach Truck preferred
Extensive experience operating a Reach Forklift is require
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong commitment to safety in all aspects of work
Attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and effectively handle challenging tasks
Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well with others and respond constructively to feedback
Solid understanding of warehouse operations and logistics
