Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Returns / Forklift Warehouse Associate to join our client in Lacey, WA. This individual will be responsible for efficiently sorting, separating, and storing various types of empties, including trays, totes, and crates, while ensuring a safe and organized work environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Ranging at $16.66/hour
1st shift: 5:30am - 2pm, Thursday - Monday
Located in Lacey, WA
Duties and Responsibilities
Stretch wrap pallets of empties
Sort and store various empties as needed, as well as offloading empties
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times
Report faulty equipment, damaged racks, or any safety hazards to the supervisor/manager
Promote a safe working environment through personal actions and vigilance
Follow safety protocols, including MHE Operations, Safe Lifting, and Safe Driving practices
Troubleshoot and address issues as they arise
Operate equipment safely, following the operator’s manual and instructions
Be flexible and willing to work any shift based on business needs
Communicate effectively with all levels of management
Perform additional tasks as assigned
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to stretch wrap pallets and assist with offloading
Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Knowledge of and adherence to safety guidelines and equipment manuals
Strong responsibility and attention to detail
Must be able to follow instructions for safely operating equipment
Ability to interact effectively with management and colleagues
Good written and verbal communication skills
Ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
Relevant certifications and/or experience preferred
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand or sit for long periods
Familiarity with a warehouse setting
Ability to work in varying temperatures within the Distribution Center
