Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a System Support to join our client in Ruther Glen, VA. This individual will be responsible for a variety of IT related tasks, such as: resolving and logging emails sent to IT support, responding to and resolving IT related issues over the phone, and installation of operating system and user applications, routine maintenance, and data recovery for desktops and laptops. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20 to $22/hour, paid weekly

Located in Ruther Glen, VA
Duties and Responsibilities
Resolve and log emails sent to IT support.
Respond and resolve IT related issues over the phone.
Installation of operating system and user applications, routine maintenance, and data recovery for desktops and laptops
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
Implement anti-virus software and use for virus and spyware removal as needed
Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot printers of all types including laser, thermal, and impact.
Resolve Microsoft imbedded OS configuration issues
Resolve mobile and wireless devices issues.
Setup, configure, and troubleshoot network devices and infrastructure.
Requirements and Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent and relevant certifications
Professional IT experience needed.
Ability to work varied schedule including weekend and early morning shifts
Ability to meet deadlines, pay attention to detail, and work within a team environment as well as independently.
Be able to communicate and be able to interact with all levels of personnel.
Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Applications
Knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus
Analytical and technical skills is a must
