Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Warehouse Lead to join our client in Allentown, PA. This individual will be responsible for supervising and coordinating warehouse activities, ensuring that productivity, safety, and efficiency standards are met. This position requires a hands-on leader who can manage a team of 4 to 30 employees, depending on daily operational needs. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and adapt in a dynamic, high-volume environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $21 to $26/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5 pm
Located in Allentown, PA
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and provide direction to warehouse team members to ensure daily operational goals are met
Monitor workflow, assign tasks, and adjust workloads based on fluctuating volumes
Maintain organization, accuracy, and efficiency in all warehouse processes
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and operational standards
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and management
Support training initiatives and assist with onboarding new employees
Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices
Assist with equipment operation and other warehouse tasks as needed
Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum of 1 year of experience managing 3 or more employees in a manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse setting
Strong leadership and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Proficiency in speaking, reading, and writing in English
Experience with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software or related systems is a plus
Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required
Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations preferred
Equipment operation experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
