Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay: $65,000–$75,000 annually
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Location: Nazareth, PA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate all operational activities of the distribution center
Assign managers, supervisors, and warehouse associates to specific duties
Oversee warehouse schedules to maintain proper staffing levels across all shifts
Establish operational procedures for shipment verification, inventory maintenance, and product handling
Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time deliveries
Oversee processes for system and records control
Manage employee safety programs and general training initiatives
Ensure compliance with state, federal, and OSHA regulations
Supervise reclamation of damaged merchandise and accurate reporting of donations
Implement department standards and guidelines as directed by corporate management
Conduct performance reviews and manage HR compliance for the team
Resolve customer service issues promptly and professionally
Requirements and Qualifications:
Minimum 8–10 years of experience in warehouse management and distribution operations
College-level training or equivalent experience
Advanced knowledge of ammonia systems
Proficiency in computer systems, including Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, and verbal)
Exceptional organizational, follow-up, and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members
