Pay, Schedule, and Location
- Starting at $18 to $22/hour, paid weekly
- Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
- Monday through Friday, multiple shifts available
- Located in Houston, TX
Duties and Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
- Greet and assist guests and visitors, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage and file mail, packages, and documents in an organized manner.
- Assist with the scheduling and coordination of conference room bookings.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of office supplies and assist with reordering when needed.
- Ensure the front desk area is tidy and professional at all times.
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Prior receptionist or administrative experience preferred but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable and punctual, with a positive attitude.
