Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $22/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
2nd shift schedule: 2 pm to 10:30 pm
Located in Buffalo Grove, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Train and supervise staff: Provide guidance and training to cleaning workers
Perform inspections: Regularly inspect the facility to ensure it meets cleanliness standards
Implement policies: Ensure the facility complies with company policies and state sanitation protocols
Manage inventory: Maintain budgets and inventory for cleaning staff
Develop sanitation plans: Create sanitation protocols that meet health and safety regulations
Respond to complaints: Investigate and resolve complaints from the public
Ensure equipment is operational: Make sure equipment is ready for production runs
Prepare reports: Create and maintain records and reports
Coordinate with others: Work with other sections or divisions to coordinate activities
Ensure safety: Follow safety principles and participate in safety procedures
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be able to maintain the cleanliness and health standards at a food production facility or factory.
This position requires a mix of work experience and practical cleaning skills.
Some supervisors have a high school diploma, while others may have postsecondary training in food science and health.
Additional qualifications include leadership skills and a keen eye for detail.
