Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Dry Receiving Supervisor to join our client in Nazareth, PA. This 2nd-shift role provides an opportunity to lead the Dry Receiving and Shipping departments in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay: $54,000 annually
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Location: Nazareth, PA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervise Dry Department associates, Receiving staff, and office clerks.
Assign duties, manage break periods, and create work schedules, including performance evaluations.
Assist other supervisors and associates with policies, procedures, and job duties.
Address and resolve customer concerns and complaints to maintain strong client relationships.
Ensure good sanitation practices across the warehouse and office areas.
Promote a positive work environment and foster team collaboration.
Communicate quality and productivity requirements clearly to associates.
Adapt to various shifts as needed to support business demands.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong communication skills and ability to lead and implement warehouse programs.
High level of computer proficiency, including knowledge of MS Office, Excel, and WMS systems.
Preferred: Some college-level management education.
Required: At least 2 years of warehouse supervisory experience, ideally in the wholesale industry.
Team-building skills and flexibility to support varying shifts.
