Pay, Schedule, and Location:
Pay: $54,000 annually
Schedule: 2nd Shift
Location: Nazareth, PA
Duties and Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of all freezer areas, ensuring safety and sanitation standards.
Schedule staff effectively to meet operational needs, controlling overtime and labor costs.
Conduct daily startup meetings to review volumes, expectations, and safety topics.
Monitor freezer conditions for safety and compliance, and oversee product handling and storage.
Coordinate with transportation teams to ensure on-time shipments and resolve delays.
Implement company policies, supervise staff, and ensure adherence to quality standards.
Address customer concerns, manage inventory issues, and oversee damage cost control.
Evaluate employee performance, implement corrective actions, and support career development.
Enforce compliance with OSHA regulations and company policies, ensuring a safe work environment.
Oversee payroll timesheets and end-of-shift security checks.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience supervising warehouse operations.
High level of computer literacy, including knowledge of MS Office and WMS systems.
Ability to work in varying temperatures and lift up to 50 pounds.
Experience in freezer or cold storage environments preferred.
Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs and support diverse operational functions.
