Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay: $18/hour, paid weekly
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 6:30 am to 4:30 pm
Location: Columbus, OH

Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and lead a team of warehouse associates, including training, coaching, and conducting performance evaluations
Oversee daily warehouse operations, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping activities
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and industry regulations
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the inventory control team to minimize discrepancies
Resolve any issues during daily operations, such as equipment malfunctions or personnel concerns
Collaborate with other departments, such as logistics and customer service, to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and employee engagement
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
2+ years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 1 year in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and RF scanners
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead by example and motivate a team to achieve high performance standards
Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime as needed
