This individual will be responsible for repairing or replacing defective equipment parts using hand and power tools, as well as performing routine preventative maintenance to ensure the efficient operation of building systems. The ideal candidate will possess experience in repairing and maintaining equipment, with troubleshooting skills and certification in operating Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, and Reach, with knowledge of MSDS. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $17 to $17.50/hour, paid weekly

Duties and Responsibilities
Repair or replace defective equipment parts using hand and power tools.
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure efficient operation of building systems.
Complete all necessary paperwork for equipment maintenance and tasks.
Inspect equipment, structures, and materials to identify and resolve issues.
Troubleshoot and solve problems related to mechanical equipment.
Promote a safe work environment and identify safety concerns and cost-saving opportunities.
Maintain a clean, organized work area at all times.
Assist in planning and scheduling routine maintenance, and follow instructions for equipment operation.
Requirements and Qualifications
Ability to work independently with a strong commitment to safety.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of management.
Strong attention to detail, ability to meet deadlines, and manage challenging tasks or individuals.
Effective in relational skills, including reasoning, negotiating, and responding to feedback.
Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety protocols, including MHE Operations and Safe Driving practices.
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant certifications and experience.
Experience in repairing and maintaining equipment, with troubleshooting skills.
Certification and experience operating Electric Pallet Jack, Forklift, and Reach, with knowledge of MSDS.
