Accurate Personnel is hiring immediately for a Production Supervisor to join our client in Greenfield, IN. This individual will be responsible for supervising and managing a team of 40+ associates in a distribution, 3PL, and fulfillment setting, as well as overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion. Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $55,000 to $65,000/yearly, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision
2nd shift schedule: 2:30 pm to 11:30 pm, Monday through Friday
Located in Greenfield, IN
Duties and Responsibilities
Supervise and manage a team of 40+ associates in a distribution, 3PL, and fulfillment setting.
Oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion.
Manage operations using WMS, Microsoft Office (Outlook and Excel), and other software systems.
Develop and write procedures and work instructions.
Train, supervise, and discipline associates as needed.
Implement and enforce safety protocols, including SQF standards.
Conduct time studies and develop/improve facility layouts.
Ensure all projects and reports are completed within tight deadlines.
Communicate effectively in English, both written and oral; bilingual candidates are preferred.
Requirements and Qualifications
Prior supervisory experience in distribution, 3PL, or fulfillment.
Experience supervising a staff of 40+ associates.
Strong ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
Proficient in WMS, and Microsoft Office (especially Outlook and Excel).
Experience writing procedures and work instructions.
Proven ability to train, supervise, and discipline staff.
Knowledge of contract packaging/fulfillment and distribution/3PL/fulfillment equipment.
Familiarity with time studies and layout development/improvement.
Strong sense of urgency and ability to meet tight deadlines.
Must communicate effectively in English; bilingual candidates are highly preferred.
