Pay, Schedule, Location, and Benefits:
Starting at $19/hour, paid weekly
Monday through Friday, 3:30 pm to 12:00 am
Located in Olive Branch, MS
Medical, dental, and vision insurance
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures
Perform routine inspections and quality tests
Identify and resolve workflow and production issues
Ensure that safety regulations and standards are observed
Address issues and propose solutions to leadership
Document quality assurance activities and create audit reports
Recommend improvements and create training materials and work instructions
Requirements and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
Capable of identifying and developing necessary process improvements
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ERP systems (QAD a plus)
Ability to work with little supervision
Excellent data collection and analysis skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Keen attention to detail
