Pay, Schedule, and Location
Starting at $20-$22/hour, paid weekly
Excellent benefits package: Medical, Dental, and Vision

Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5:30 pm
Located in Glendale Heights, IL
Duties and Responsibilities
Coordinating with warehouse employees to successfully ship correct customer orders
Answering inbound calls from customers and assisting with order tracking or miscellaneous order inquiries
Responding positively and promptly to customer questions, concerns, and complaints
Finding shipping carriers and arranging/co-ordinate inbound and outbound shipments
Monitor customer orders and work closely with the logistics and operations to facilitate prompt delivery
Provide technical, pricing, and quotation support to customers
Light accounting/bookkeeping work
Preparing product documents
Requirements and Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of experience in light accounting and/or bookkeeping
2-3 years of office experience and/or logistics experience in a clerical environment
Knowledge of operations of a warehouse environment
Ability to fill out various paperwork
Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
Deftness and attention to detail
Proficient in English
Able to undergo a background check, drug test, and participate in the E-Verify upon employment offer.
