Pay, Schedule, and Location
Pay:
$18 to $22/hour (based on experience and shift), paid weekly
Schedule:
6:00 am to 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Crystal Lake, IL

Duties and Responsibilities
Assist the Lamination Operator in installing rollstock, ensuring correct alignment and side loading
Mix adhesives according to specifications and perform viscosity checks every half hour
Remove full rolls as directed by the operator and monitor the startup of each roll to ensure closure
Notify the operator immediately of any issues and perform housekeeping chores as directed
Handle materials, including maneuvering large rolls weighing several hundred pounds with equipment
Requirements and Qualifications
Must be at least 18 years of age
1+ years of manufacturing/operator experience a plus but not required
2+ years of experience with complex mechanical work (e.g., taking cars or machines apart) is required
Working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets and MS Office
Strong basic math skills with the ability to add, subtract, divide, and multiply to figure footage and linear footage
Ability to make and interpret measurements with a standard ruler to 1/16th of an inch (must pass a pre-employment ruler test)
Physically fit with no restrictions and the ability to lift up to 65 lbs; ability to push, pull, and maneuver very large rolls of materials
Ability to stand/walk for 12-hour shifts and tolerate chemicals and occasional strong odors
Must be able to squat, bend, crouch, and kneel
