With the precision of a Jedi and the enthusiasm of a kid at Disney World, she tackles her mailbox and all AR-related needs with a cup of coffee in hand and a smile that could power a small city.Let's rewind a bit to the highlight of Debbie's Accurate journey – the AP Excellence Award she snagged at the Christmas party back in 2019. Picture this: Debbie, sitting quietly at the party, when suddenly her name is called. Cue the waterworks. “I was so shocked when they called my name; I burst into tears,” recalls DelSanto. Mike Savarese presented her with the award, and the rest is history. But don't let the accolades fool you; Debbie is a down-to-earth dynamo who swears by the power of checklists. Armed with a trusty notebook, she tackles tasks like a well-choreographed two-step, oftentimes while listening to her favorite artist, the Zac Brown Band. Debbie's workspace is a vibrant mix of professionalism and Disney enchantment. Dual monitors, Post-It Notes galore, and a monthly planner that holds all the secrets to keeping clients happy at the nation's premier staffing agency. Disney characters, including Stitch, Sully, and Squirt, watch over her domain, ensuring that the magic never fades. And, of course, the stars of the show – Clark and Addison - reign supreme in the center as the canine ambassadors of Debbie's undying Cubs fandom (Clark is her 9-month-old boy Corgi, and Addison is a 6-year-old girl, Sheltie). When the chaos of the day starts to close in, how does Debbie recharge? “Yoga! A quick 10-minute session can really clear your mind,” says DelSanto. And if that's not enough, leisurely walks with Clark and Addison do the trick. If dogs could talk, they'd probably be able to teach us all a thing or two about balancing the 'bark' of client needs and the 'woof' of Accounts Receivable. For laughs and memories, Debbie shares a lunchtime tale from her time working out of the Schaumburg office. “I love to be outside whenever possible,” says DelSanto. “When I was working in the Schaumburg office, I would eat my lunch outside standing on the back steps whenever the weather permitted. Everyone going in and out would laugh and say I needed a picnic table. Well, they finally got us one, and people referred to it as ‘Debbie’s table.’” While she works remotely these days, her mark on Accurate is still enjoyed at the Corporate North office to this day. When she is not busy working at her home office, Debbie unleashes her inner DIY warrior. She is armed with YouTube tutorials and a can-do attitude. Power tools and home renovations? She's on it like a duck on a June bug. “I am not afraid to tackle any home renovation project or repairs,” says DelSanto. “I recently gutted and remodeled one of my bathrooms.”To stay on top of her new remote world, Google Chat is Debbie's lifeline. “Since I work remotely, and so does the rest of our team, we always have our group chat open,” adds DelSanto. And when the opportunity arises to ditch the virtual world for some face time, Debbie eagerly embraces it, especially during company-wide events and the annual Christmas party. So, here's to Debbie DelSanto, the Disney-loving, checklist-conquering, DIY queen of Accurate Personnel. May your days be filled with magical moments, successful checkmarks, and the sweet sound of the Zac Brown Band and Disney tunes playing in the background. Cheers to you, Debbie!

A Day in the Life of Debbie DelSanto: Disney, Dogs, and a Dash of DIY

Meet Debbie DelSanto, an unstoppable force behind the scenes at Accurate Personnel - Corporate North, rocking the title of Assistant Manager for the Client Administration and Receivables Department. If you ever find yourself in need of organizational wisdom or a dose of Disney magic, Debbie's your go-to gal.

Bright and early, while the sun is still rising, Debbie kicks off her day by diving headfirst into the email trenches. With the precision of a Jedi and the enthusiasm of a kid at Disney World, she tackles her mailbox and all AR-related needs with a cup of coffee in hand and a smile that could power a small city.

Let's rewind a bit to the highlight of Debbie's Accurate journey – the AP Excellence Award she snagged at the Christmas party back in 2019.
