A Day in the Life of Abraham Ramos-Santos: A Symphony of Staffing, Artistry, and Achievement

Meet Abraham Ramos-Santos, the wizard behind the curtain at Accurate Personnel's Indianapolis branch. If you ever find yourself in need of someone who can balance the chaos of staffing with the finesse of an artist carving out a masterpiece, Abraham's your man.

After graduating with a degree in Business Administration and Management from Ivy Tech Community College, Abraham began his staffing career in 2016, before joining the Accurate family as an Account Manager in October of 2020.

As the sun peeks over the horizon, Abraham dives into his day by gearing up for the morning huddle with Virginia Medranos and the rest of the Indianapolis team. To help him remain organized, Abraham has his trusty notebook. “It is hard to stay organized at times,” says Ramos-Santos. “But when I do, I have my handy-dandy notebook. Although I don't like to have paper on my desk, it never fails!”

He claims his current workspace is a bit "boring," although he is open to suggestions. “I don't have anything quirky or unique on my desk!” says Ramos-Santos. “That needs to be changed! Any Ideas?”

In just over three years at Accurate, Abraham has climbed the ranks faster than a lap at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway, becoming a Senior Account Manager by January 2021 and ascending to his current role of Assistant Branch Manager in July 2022.

When asked about his most cherished work-related achievement, Abraham was quick to recall his proudest moment.

Picture this: Mother's Day weekend, a Friday evening, and one of Accurate’s largest clients needs somewhere between 40 to 50 employees, pronto. Did the team buckle under pressure? Not with Abraham leading the way!

They rallied, filled every position, and even had backups on standby, just in case. It was like a staffing superhero squad assembling at the eleventh hour. The customer was happy, Abraham's team was rejoicing, and somewhere in the background, a triumphant anthem played.

“Our team made it happen,” said Ramos-Santos. “In a way we all contributed and we came together as a team and executed!”

When tackling tough tasks like that, Abraham channels his inner philosopher and proceeds with the calm demeanor of a Zen master.

“Evaluate the situation, and think about the possible solutions or outcomes,” says Ramos-Santos. “Validate facts and proceed! Remain neutral because there is a different side for all stories.” Abraham could probably lead a stress management seminar in his spare time!

But here's where Abraham takes an unexpected turn – he's not just a staffing maestro; he's an artistic virtuoso. Fine arts, digital masterpieces, photography, and videography – he's the Da Vinci of the staffing world.

“I am an artist at heart,” says Ramos-Santos. “From what is considered fine arts, to the new digital era! I have won a few art shows in the past. I am also a photographer and videographer.”

Oh, and did we mention that two of his prints were snatched up by collectors? Talk about a Renaissance man. Perhaps he can solve his desk decor troubles by bringing in some of his original works!
