He is a man on a mission who infuses energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.Simply put: As he approaches his second anniversary with the AP team, Edwin Munoz is looking to level up his game. It's a typical morning at the Glendale Heights office, and Edwin strolls in, ready to tackle whatever challenges lie ahead. The first thing he does is fire up his 3-screen monitor display and dive headfirst into his inbox. “When I arrive at work I usually check my inbox and reply to any emails that need my attention,” says Munoz. “I usually also make a quick cup of matcha to start my day!”Once he hits inbox zero and finishes his tea, he brings the energy to the team’s morning meeting to help set the mood for the day and foster collaboration. But what exactly sets Edwin apart from the rest? Well, aside from his thirst for his morning matcha fix, it is his appetite for knowledge, as well as his knack for all things organization and structure. He is constantly looking for the latest and greatest gadgets to add to his staffing toolbelt. Citing the mighty powers of BOLD and the support of the AP SEAL Team, Edwin has mastered the art of efficiency, streamlining his workflow and leaving all the clunky old spreadsheets in the dust.“I have recently been investing in using BOLD to do a variety of tasks,” says Munoz. “With the help of the SEAL Team, I have figured out how to minimize my use of Google spreadsheets and instead use built-in features on BOLD like tearsheets, pipelining, and organizing our Branch's open orders.”Edwin is the type of person who prefers structure in his day. With that in mind, he strategically assigns the first two hours of his day to administrative tasks, such as submitting Direct Deposits, auditing associates for compliance, and sourcing via Indeed. “Knowing what I want the outcome to be is my first step in the process to successfully tackle the task at hand,” adds Munoz. “Then organizing my process on how to take on the task.”Once all of his digital duties are out of the way, Munoz can step out from behind the keyboard and sharpen his staffing skills with a combination of interviews, check-ins, and client meetings. When reminiscing about his first full year at Accurate, he cites last summer’s L.A.U.N.C.H. event as his fondest workplace memory.“I had a great time learning from different department leadership and getting to collaborate with various recruiters from different offices,” says Munoz. “AP's vision in investing in our career development is what I believe sets us apart from other recruiting firms”Edwin also enjoys his behind-the-scenes view of the wide-ranging industries that Accurate Personnel finds itself in. “Whenever I do site walkthroughs I get to see how diverse our clients are,” says Munoz. He finds the manufacturing and production processes fascinating. When he is not busy caring for associates or chasing down clients, you can usually find Edwin spending his time crushing cardio sessions at the nearest gym. He is also eager to take advantage of the warming Illinois weather by hitting the trails for a dose of nature therapy.“Once the weather gets nicer I do want to get back into trail running. I love to hike!” adds Munoz. “This year I want to discover new trails to hike. No matter how hot it is or how humid, you will always catch me trying to go on a trail!”And there you have it: Edwin Munoz, a standout presence at Accurate Personnel's Glendale Heights branch. With matcha in hand and a three-screen setup at the ready, Edwin is a force to be reckoned with. Whether you are looking for a job, or looking for staffing solutions for your next production push, he is your go-to guy!

A Day in the Life of Edwin Munoz: Energizing Accurate Personnel's Glendale Heights Office with Efficiency and Enthusiasm

Meet Edwin Munoz, Senior Account Manager at Accurate Personnel's Glendale Heights, IL branch. He joined the AP team back in July 2022, bringing with him a background in staffing and a strong desire to improve himself every single day. He is a man on a mission who infuses energy and enthusiasm into the workplace.

Simply put: As he approaches his second anniversary with the AP team, Edwin Munoz is looking to level up his game.

“I usually also make a quick cup of matcha to start my day!”

Once he hits inbox zero and finishes his tea, he brings the energy to the team’s morning meeting to help set the mood for the day and foster collaboration.

But what exactly sets Edwin apart from the rest? Well, aside from his thirst for his morning matcha fix, it is his appetite for knowledge, as well as his knack for all things organization and structure.

He is constantly looking for the latest and greatest gadgets to add to his staffing toolbelt. Citing the mighty powers of BOLD and the support of the AP SEAL Team, Edwin has mastered the art of efficiency, streamlining his workflow and leaving all the clunky old spreadsheets in the dust.

“I have recently been investing in using BOLD to do a variety of tasks,” says Munoz. “With the help of the SEAL Team, I have figured out how to minimize my use of Google spreadsheets and instead use built-in features on BOLD like tearsheets, pipelining, and organizing our Branch's open orders.”

Edwin is the type of person who prefers structure in his day.

“Then organizing my process on how to take on the task.”

Once all of his digital duties are out of the way, Munoz can step out from behind the keyboard and sharpen his staffing skills with a combination of interviews, check-ins, and client meetings.

When reminiscing about his first full year at Accurate, he cites last summer’s L.A.U.N.C.H. event as his fondest workplace memory.

“I had a great time learning from different department leadership and getting to collaborate with various recruiters from different offices,” says Munoz. “AP's vision in investing in our career development is what I believe sets us apart from other recruiting firms”

Edwin also enjoys his behind-the-scenes view of the wide-ranging industries that Accurate Personnel finds itself in.

He is also eager to take advantage of the warming Illinois weather by hitting the trails for a dose of nature therapy.

“Once the weather gets nicer I do want to get back into trail running. I love to hike!” adds Munoz. “This year I want to discover new trails to hike. No matter how hot it is or how humid, you will always catch me trying to go on a trail!”

And there you have it: Edwin Munoz, a standout presence at Accurate Personnel's Glendale Heights branch.
